Choose Antonio to be your realtor if you want an amazing home selling experience! We cannot say enough wonderful things about him. Antonio is the picture of professionalism, a prompt and reliable communicator, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process. He was enthusiastic about selling in our area and a comfort in every question or concern that we had. Antonio went above and beyond when marketing our home by adding amazing 3D photos, video, and drone images to professional photos. Our home sold quickly and Antonio continued to surpass expectations all the way to the closing table. We would choose Antonio again and would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation! Antonio is a fantastic realtor! He helped us buy our new home and did a wonderful job. We found it online and contacted him. He jumped on it even though he was on vacation. He arranged for us to see it and then skillfully negotiated once we found out there was already an offer on the house. He had a great instinct about what it would take for us to get the house without giving away the farm, and he got it done—all while he was on vacation! He had a great inspector, did a fantastic job assessing the issues found, and again skillfully negotiated over repairs. He worked very well with our lender. Really friendly and just a great person to work with. I can’t recommend him highly enough! I swear I’m never moving again—but if I did, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Antonio.

I was approached by my neighbor in Alpharetta, Ga that he needed some help selling his rental home in Stockbridge and he asked if I could help him….. I told him that I knew of a great agent on the Southside and I would chat with him. That GREAT agent is Antonio Merkerson! We were both at an event and I shared my neighbors story- Antonio said- I GOT THIS! A few weeks later Freddy had offers. Antonio exceeded all expectations on getting this rental home sold. When you need an agent- YOU NEED TO CALL ANTONIO! You will be so impressed with his ability to get the deal done.
