My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Kristina as our realtor during our first home buying experience – and to say that Kristina is stellar isn’t quite saying enough! My wife and I came into the process knowing exactly what we were looking for in a house and we were able to share that information up front. Kristina took that information, found houses for us that were in an area that we liked, were in our price range, and had what we were looking. After viewing about a handful of properties, we found “The One.” After identifying it as “The One,” Kristina talked us through the buying process as it relates to submitting an offer letter and communicated with us every step of the way. My wife and I appreciate communication during major life decisions/events, and Kristina did not disappoint. We felt educated, informed, but most importantly – comfortable throughout the entire process. Kristina negotiated an excellent deal on our behalf and we could not be more thankful.
