Alan was with me every step of the way in getting my rental property sold. While there were several challenges, including getting my air conditioner stolen while the property was listed, Alan came to my rescue. He supervised the construction of a fence, the installation of cameras and a new ac unit. My property sold, and yes I’m very pleased with Alan’s clam, professional way of conducting business. I live out of state, don’t know what I would have done without Alan’s help.
