Richie is truly the best realtor! He made the process easy, relaxed & fun. We are West Coast transplants to Atlanta, and Richie helped us to identify which areas to target, which was so helpful. He immediately honed in on the style of house we wanted, and sent us listings. He was so engaged and responsive, and he made us feel like we were his most important clients. Touring homes with Richie was a breeze – he is so easy and engaging to be with. We are thrilled with our home, and we owe it all to Richie. After my first conversation with Richie, I texted my husband, and told him “I found our realtor, and he’s pretty much The Man.” And that is the truth! 10/5 stars!

If you want to buy or sale a house Richie is your best option. He is a great professional, kind and friendly. All the options he gave us fulfilled our needs, no visit was a waste of time. He helped us in the negotiations, thanks to him and his team the paperwork was very easy and smooth. Richie even solved some issues in our mortgage.
