If you’re looking for thorough and professional realtor then this is the place and Michele Hayward possess all these qualities and more. In 2021, I hired PR&PM to help me with my first home purchase but after having multiple failures with other companies and realtors. And I was happy that I did!! Michele made my search seamless and she listened to what I wanted in a home. I closed on my first home with a builder in May 2021 before I closed Michele made sure the builder kept all the incentives and extras that were promised before closing. As I said before thorough and professional is only a some of qualities you get. Michele is kind, patience and possess great interpersonal skills. So you can’t go wrong with PR&PM because Michele is right there with you through the whole process.

It’s not that common for a home inspector to leave a happy review for a listing agent, but that’s exactly what I’m doing. A snag arose during the home inspection I was doing that could have caused a delay in the sale of the property. Michele got right on it and found a way to resolve the problem faster than I would have thought possible. Not only did she save the day for her client, she made sure that I was taken care of as well. It is obvious that this is more than just a job for Michele. I tell people that I love what I do, and it shows in my service. I can say the same about Michele. She goes above and beyond. And she’s a genuinely considerate person that I hope to work with again.

Michele is a true gem, I was referred to her by a friend from Marietta City Schools. Michele worked with me on my first home purchase, and the selling of that same property. In August 2022 she worked with me on the acquisition of my first rental property, which she also manages. She’s so knowledgeable in the field of real estate, and to be honest she helps keep me calm when I get anxious. I would recommend her to anyone that’s serious about personal property investment or business property investments. I look forward to working with Michele on more properties in the near future.
