Working with Brandon and his team was a wonderful and seamless experience for us. From the buyer’s perspective, Brandon helped us understand the market, by finding us properties to look at that were off market and by going through our listings with us while taking advantage of his vast and deep understanding of what’s going on locally. House hunting was incredibly fun, yet very effective, since we found our dream home after 3 days. Brandon knew how the offer strategy had to be made to ensure the home would be ours. He made sure that while we were under contract things ran smoothly with the sellers, helping with smart advice for negotiations so we could make it to the finish line while also ensuring we could get what we wanted. Callie and Casey of the Farmhouse team were fantastic partners in the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. They are both extremely responsive and make what can be a stressful process, as stress free is it can be. Their attention to detail and design was extremely beneficial in prepping our house and was a integral part of helping our home sell quickly and for a great price. Highly recommend either (or both!) and the Farmhouse team!

We worked with Casey Drake and the Farmhouse team to find our new home and list our prior one. We had a wonderful experience on both ends! On the buying side, Casey understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us craft a winning offer in a very competitive market. When we sold our prior home shortly afterwards, Casey helped that process go as smoothly as possible. It was a whirlwind, but great experience all around.
