My husband and I felt so lucky and thankful to have Ming as our real estate agent for our first house together. Ming was very very responsive throughout the entire process and always made himself available to take us to see houses and answer any questions we had. Ming was very easy and flexible to work with and made us feel relaxed even as we were trying to get a house during COVID. Ming provided his expert opinion and helped us analyze the current COVID impact to the housing market. He was very transparent and fair with his suggestions and really tried to help us find the best house at the best price. Ming also handled all conversations with the sellers on a timely basis and also kept us posted on any new information. He even helped us buy furniture from the sellers after we signed the contract for the house! My husband and I would highly recommend Ming to anyone who is looking for houses and we would definitely pass his name to our friends! Ming, thank you so much for your amazing service and keep up with the great work!!! We hope to work with you again to buy our first rental property very soon!

Ming is an excellent agent. We have sold two houses through Ming’s team, and we are thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and dedication. He is an expert in real estate industry. He has deep understanding of local housing market and priced our houses well. He also has a great team helping us from renovation to various paperwork. Whenever we have questions, he is just a text away. Always responding our questions and concerns on timely manner, no matter it is working days or weekends. Whether you are buying or selling a home, there are so many agents to choose from. I highly recommend Ming because he is responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. Ming worked with us for our first home purchase and the sale of our former home. Li, Ming’s assistant, made sure to follow up with us about important deadlines and was helpful along the way. Ming knows homes – he researched and came prepared with the pros/cons of location, explanation of price points, and educated us about different houses and building materials (stucco vs. brick, etc). He was an excellent negotiator and we trusted his advice whenever we sought input on what to offer on a home, what price to list a home, how to respond to counteroffers. Ming was there for us every step of the way throughout the process — bidding wars, flaky buyers, inspections, walk-throughs — you name it! We appreciated his dedication and loyalty to us as his clients. If you’re looking for an agent, Ming is your guy.
