We had a very pleasant experience recently with Potts Realty team to sell our house in Suwanee. We received at least over 60 phone calls from realtors trying to list our house for sale. We screened these agents to only allow 5 or 6 of them to see our house to be our potential agent. A couple of them were giving very negative feedbacks so we ignored them. One of them even “tricked “ us by saying she had a buyer so we would open our house for a buyer to see which turned out to be a setup. We highly recommended Potts Realty team simply because they are very efficient and professional with great knowledge of the market. Melida is a great communicator who really care about her clients. She also offers sound advice and guidance. We received several offers after just 4 days of showing and transaction completed seamlessly within 5 weeks. I would definitely work with her again. I used Melida service for the first time to sell my property. She is one of the best agent I ever had. Couple years ago, the market wasn’t that good and I had a tenant with me. She told me to hold on longer and wait to the market change. She is right. The market turns much better now than before. She was able to sell my house in less than 2 months. She reviewed my house situation every Thursday and was making sure the price is right. I will recommend her to anyone who wants to sell houses.
