Janet was great to work with! She sold my home very quickly and I didn’t hesitate to call her when I was ready to start looking at another home to purchase. Janet is very thorough and knows her business well. She makes buying and selling simple for her clients and gives great advice. She also has great connections with vendors who provide other necessary services like home loans or repair work. I have already recommended her to friends and coworkers.

We worked with Janet to sell our home in East Cobb and find a new home in Smyrna. She did a great job helping us get things ready for our home sale. That process went very fast. She was very accommodating in showing us lots of properties in the Smyrna area as we looked for a new home. She worked with us every step of the way and ensured we knew what to expect as closing dates approached. I would highly recommend using Janet when buying or selling a home.

Janet is wonderful! I had her help me sell a home a few years ago and she made the process so easy and simple. My house sold in less than a week! Fast forward to August 2017 and I was ready to buy a house, she was the first person I called. We looked at 10-15 homes before I found the one I wanted to purchase. Once again, she made the whole process so easy. Janet is knowledgeable and helped me with every step. If/when I decide to sell or purchase again, she’ll be my go-to person. I’ve recommended her to several friends already. Highly recommend using her!!
