My husband and I, along with our family of five, relocated from NJ to GA, and we were so fortunate to have Karen by our side. She truly was the best! From start to finish, Karen held our hands through the entire process, keeping us stress-free and always feeling supported. She’s not only knowledgeable but also incredibly understanding and relatable, which made such a big difference during such a major move. Thanks to her, we’re now in the most beautiful home though I already miss working with her! Karen, Gail, and the entire Ben Kinney Team are absolutely amazing. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond for their clients. If 5 stars is the highest I can give, Karen and the team deserve every single one and more. Thank you for everything!

Our family is THRILLED with our new home that Karen Smyth and her team found for us. We were moving from Illinois so it was impossible to see the houses in person – with Karen’s team the long distance wasn’t a problem. They walked through the ones we liked and even took some videos! How did they know what we wanted? They listened..got to know us..and we were delighted with what they provided: their years of experience, knowledge of the market, ability to work with people, the advice they provided and their INTEGRITY! We counted on them and they delivered! Our offer was accepted, the inspection immediately scheduled, the closing was smooth and everyone walked away smiling. There is no doubt we will stick with this team for our future real estate transactions! We can’t thank the Karen Smyth team enough! Loving Georgia Life ❤️❤️
