Bill was great! He helped our family purchase our first home and the process was incredibly smooth. He’s patient, was so accommodating of our schedule, and always made time to show us a home anytime or any date, even at a last moments notice. He was always up to date on the latest homes on the market. The home buying process can be very stressful, especially for your first home, however with Bill’s expertise and experience, the purchase, closing, and the move-in went without a hitch. I would recommend anyone work with him.

Bill is a great realtor – go no further!! I have gone through 3 home purchases/sales with Bill and without a doubt I know that Bill is always looking out for my best interests. Bill treats every house as if he is purchasing for himself and has an amazing ability to provide a vision of what could be done to make any home better. On the other hand, Bill also will be very honest and tell you to move on. There was a home that I loved but Bill knew it wasn’t right for me or my family – he was right and then we found the perfect home that was right! Bill’s experience allowed me to relax during the process knowing that he was going to keep me apprised of what needed to occur which is always a great thing. He has contacts that helped me with work around the home and better educating myself on the mortgage process. I just can’t imagine going through this stressful process with anyone else. Bill is hands down a great realtor and most importantly, a great person with the highest of values. Partner with him!
