If you are looking for a detailed and responsible agent, look no further than Jim Fountain. As a home inspector, I often only communicate with the buyer during a home buying transaction about questions/concerns with the home. My client was unable to join me during the inspection, so Jim stepped in for them. He had a detailed list of the client’s concerns and addressed each one and took additional pictures. He stayed the duration of the inspection and joined me in a walkthrough of the concerns I had with the home. He had all the information (roof age, HVAC, additional details about the property) ready and on hand to assist my inspection. I rarely see agents so willing to dedicate hours of their day to help out their client in understanding the home’s condition. Highly recommended to any future home buyer.
