I had such an INCREDIBLE experience with Cultivate and, specifically, Adrienne to buy my house! The entire process showed her to be responsive and engaged. She went to bat for me when I needed help with issues with the house and the amendments and I am so thankful to have had her on my side. Buying a house is stressful and such a BIG commitment and working with Adrienne made it so much easier. Forever grateful! If you’re looking to buy, hit these guys up!

I purchased a home with Adrienne’s help and it couldn’t have gone any better! She was able to recommend different local lenders based on different financing paths to take, had people to refer me to for ANYTHING regarding getting ready for a home / looking out for when checking out a house, and was just responsive overall. Just from the first call I could tell she could match my energy on how fast I wanted to make some moves.

Adrienne was fantastic to work with. My husband and I are first time homebuyers, and her wealth of knowledge was invaluable to us. When we were looking at properties she made great observations about each one’s potential advantages and disadvantages and would often bring up things I just wouldn’t have thought to consider. When we found a house we loved, she was an excellent advocate and helped us negotiate a deal that was even better than what we hoped for. It’s also clear Adrienne is very invested in her clients–all along the way she would check in on us and make sure we were staying on track. Buying a home (especially your first home in the middle of a pandemic) is an overwhelming, complex process, but Adrienne made everything so much easier. We highly recommend her!
