I called Juli on August 1st with the unenviable task of selling my house before it was foreclosed on in September. Delays on my end meant we didn’t list the house until 8/13, and by 8/17 we had 56 offers. I was able to close on 8/29 at a price above my expectations. Juli tirelessly worked to accomplish this. She’s a very competent, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional realtor, who I will certainly use again. She really is a superstar.

I cannot say enough good things about the way my realtor helped to sell my home. Juli was articulate, accommodating and professional. Her knowledge of the market and her guidance were invaluable. She went above and beyond to get the deal done and closed. She has excellent judgment and even more importantly she has empathy and works to understand the buyer and seller concerns. Kudos to Juli. I would heartily recommend her to anyone needing a really special realtor.

Selling the place that you have called home for more than 20 years can be difficult in the best of times, let alone during one of the most challenging real estate markets in recent memory. Juli and her team made the process incredibly easy, and we got a great outcome. Juli is a keen real estate professional and savvy negotiator. if it were possible to give her 6 stars, I would. I cannot recommend her more enthusiastically to anyone looking to buy or sell.
