I cannot say enough good things about Mark and the Carter Mark team. I needed a rental, and Mark was there every step of the way and got me a 3 year lease. You can tell Mark really cares about his clients and I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or buy! Thank you, Mark!!!

We love our rental home with Mark Carter Realty Group. Their attentiveness, communication and care are excellent. I appreciate their proactiveness with tips to ensure home safety during the bitter cold days and how immediate their response for the rare fixes. The home is well-maintained so truly, it has been a rare need to reach out. Every member of the team has been great and they get my highest accolades – best rental experience in my history of renting!

I have enjoyed working with Carter Mark for the past 4 years. They manage a townhouse I own. They have stayed on top of the property : working to have good renters, taking care of the property when issues arrive and they are always available to answer my questions plus help me . Also , having a transparent statement is most appreciated! I recommend them highly to anyone looking for a property manager. It’s been just a pleasure working with them. Marsha E
