Working with Eric over at Offer Resolution was very smooth, and it didn’t take long to close. They bought one of my houses that had become a bit of a headache because of tenants that I had who I was evicting from not paying rent and destroying it (my fault for not doing my part). They made me a fair offer based off of what was going on with it, and I’m happy to have moved on from it. If I have anything else that I’m looking to sell quickly, I know who to go with. You couldn’t go wrong with this incredibly reliable company!

Working with Offer Resolution to buy our home was such an easy process for me and my mom. They made everything easy for us and even allowed us to leave what we didn’t want in the house and gave us some extra time time to stay in the house after the sale.
