We were so lucky to have found and worked with Michelle Miller for the purchase and sale of our homes. She is, hands down, the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is very responsive, patient, thorough, competent, and she had our best interests in mind throughout the processes of buying and selling. She never steered us wrong, from how to stage and photograph our home to how to price it and negotiate the sale to how to work with the sellers on the home we wanted to purchase, from the initial offer right up through closing. On top of all of that, she would check in with us often just to see how we were feeling and if we had questions or if there was anything she could do for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering buying and/or selling a home. She will not steer you wrong, and you will be delighted with her level of professionalism and service. She’s wonderful.

Had the best experience with this company & will be working with them for all future buying & selling. Emily is amazing & I HIGHLY recommend her! This process was hard with the market being the way it is, but she stayed positive for me. She was quick to respond, organized, & so fast at setting up showings. She was truly a joy to work with!!

I was blessed to have Michelle as my agent when purchasing a house in Atlanta area! Michelle is passionate about her job, has a great personality and is very easy to work with. Her knowledge of the area by zip code helped a lot to limit my search to specific neighborhoods. Michelle always exceeded my expectations in efficient scheduling of property showings, and I also really appreciated Michelle driving me to the properties, even on a short notice, since I didn’t have a car. She pays a lot of attention to the condition of houses and, having the best interests of her clients at heart, provides valuable advice when it is solicited. Michelle knows sale/purchase process thoroughly and is always on top of all deadlines and necessary communication with all parties. Other members of Michelle’s team (loan officer, attorney’s office) also provide excellent service. Working with Michelle was truly a great experience!
