I have personally bought and sold 2 homes through this office (with The Petersen Partners team). This branch used to be located over in West Village but moved to this location last year. Gorgeous conference rooms and awesome support staff. Cheryl the Broker was extremely helpful. Experienced & trusted, 10/10 would recommend.

Anna Ryder is an awesome realtor. I told Roby Rankins I had a realtor who was a pussycat rendering me homeless for 4 months, I told him I needed a pitbull. Anna had me in a contract in 7 days, I wish I had not wasted time with the other realtor. She found me the perfect home, with every single feature I wanted. Then she (bared her teeth) took the aggressive approach with the sellers agent and with the lender, literally. We went under contract March 4th and I had my keys by March 23!! All I could say is “YOU GO GIRL” thanks for the beautiful housewarming gifts and I wish you continued success. You have my recommendations. Sincerely, BY
