We had the wonderful opportunity to work with Kat from Hunt Home. Kat was absolutely amazing to work with! As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainty, but she walked us through every step with patience, clarity, and care. She made sure all of our needs were met and got a deal we were happy with. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine dedication made the process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and are so grateful for her guidance in finding our home!

We recently used Hunt Home Team, specifically Kat Duquette, to buy our first home. My wife and I both were both so pleased with our experience working with Kat! She was super knowledgeable about homes and neighborhoods in the area we were looking to buy, and truly just a pleasure to work with. Buying a home, especially for the first time, can be a very stressful endeavor, and Kat did an incredible job of guiding us through the process from start to finish! We will certainly be recommending her to all of our friends and family, and when it’s time for us to buy again she will be our first phone call!

My wife and I worked with Kat Duquette as our realtor during the home-buying process. She is an outstanding realtor and made our experience very enjoyable and smooth. She is very responsive, and really took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. She also represented us very well in the negotiating process and helped us close on our dream home!
