I must truly say without any doubt Ms. Kathy Butler. Was very professional from start to finish. With working to get me the most for my home. She kept me informed on what I need to do in listing my home. To getting the best return on the house. I realize I couldn’t have went with a bigger relator but I just felt like a number when I would think about it. And that wasn’t the case with Ms.Butler she comes with her “A” game and the 25 years of experience truly showed. Thank you Ms. Butler for your expertise I highly recommend.

Kathy was responsive and available. She provided me with excellent service and follow up. She did everything she said she would do for me and more and she did it with compassion. If you are looking for a genuine realtor who is very much experienced and well versed in the field, in addition to one who listens to your needs and is as equally invested in the process as you are, Kathy Butler should be your first choice! If you’re looking for a true professional, trustworthy, dedicated, driven Realtor Kathy Butler is the Realtor you need. Her work ethic is phenomenal. She prides herself in making you as her client feel at ease during the buying process. She is very knowledgeable of her profession. She makes you feel you’re her only client because she dedicates so much time in putting your needs first. There aren’t enough stars to give her because she most definitely deserves beyond 5 stars.
