By word of mouth, we met Kad who guided us through the nightmarish task of finding a new home, vetting it, and securing financing. Kad was there for all of it, offering his expert opinions and drawing from his experience the whole way. It really took a load off to know someone was watching over us through the entire process. He is as professional as he is laid back and I wouldn’t hesitate in any way to recommend him to someone who could use the guidance throughout the homebuying experience.

Kad helped us buy and also sell our same home in Smyrna, GA. Both experiences as a buyer and a seller were really great. He’s a realtor who really cares for his clients and didn’t treat us like just another commission check which is what we had experienced with our previous realtor. Kad helped us identify what we needed to do get our home ready to sell quickly. He listened to our input when he was working on the listing, and the listing along with the pictures (which he arranged himself) were very well done and helped us secure multiple showings the first weekend. We ended up getting multiple offers the first weekend we listed it! Kad helped us navigate it to get the best offer we could have hoped for.
