If I could give Tesharra 10 stars I would!! I am a first time homebuyer who was intimidated by the overwhelming task of finding a home in today’s market. Prior to reaching out to Tesharra, I tried to work with 2 different real estate professionals. Needless to say, I did not feel seen or heard. It was discouraging and I was ready to throw in the towel but I prayed about it then went to google. And there she was a true Godsend. I read all of her amazing reviews and reached out. Tesharra followed up the same day (yes, you read that right… the same day). We had an introductory conversation and setup a zoom meeting a couple days later. Tesharra arranged a presentation to walk me through the home buying process and it was phenomenal. The presentation was thorough and she gave room along the way to answer every question I had no matter how small. In that meeting I felt seen and heard. She became my Realtor that day. August 30th we scheduled 3 properties to view. That morning, Tesharra sent the itinerary for the afternoon showings. One of the properties I chose, I really wanted it to work but it was a D-I-S-A-S-T-E-R. Tesharra was polite and professional as I tried to make the home fit because I really wanted to live in the area. To give me perspective, Tesharra reached out to a contractor to come view the property and let me know a ballpark estimate for the necessary updates. He let me know nicely, it’s not worth the headache. I was kind of bummed about it and wouldn’t you know Tesharra reached out to check in. We were able to discuss the positives and negatives and agreed to keep looking. I like that she gave me space to make the decision for myself and supported it. September 2nd we went out again to view 4 more properties. I received an itinerary that morning for our afternoon schedule. Each tour we would discuss the positives of the home and possible improvements needed. Tesharra welcomed questions and remembered what I wanted in my future home as we compared each location. I really appreciate how thoughtful she is. On that day, I fell in love with the 3rd house we visited. Tesharra was prompt in reaching out to the sellers agent and gathering information. This is where Tesharra received the additional 5 stars. She negotiated a wonderful deal for me. I was able to receive some closing cost, a home warranty and I even have some equity. As of today 10/10, I have the keys to my first house, Ethel 😁🥳. Thank you Tesharra for your hard work, professionalism, consistency, patience, promptness, stellar negotiation skills and kindness. You definitely set the standard to a superb home buying experience. If you are in the market, choose right the first time, choose Tesharra!!!
