Mandy was referred by a friend, and grateful for her during a stressful time. I was not sure what to expect not having sold a house in almost 20 years. She went above and beyond, by pulling from her contacts when the house needed some minor repairs and finding someone to cut the grass, to name a few. She was always responsive in her communication by text, email, or phone. She knows the market, which produced an offer after being listed one day. It was amazing to have an offer that quickly, but it was the little things that she helped facilitate making the process easier.
