Basil Sullivan is a dedicated real estate agent who helped us purchase our first home. Basil helped me when I was relocating from Dallas Texas back home to Atlanta Georgia. It was imperative that we had great communication as I only had a single weekend to come into town and look at properties. It was also extremely difficult as this was right at the start of the Covid shut down. I don’t believe that without his market experience, preparedness, and professionalism I would have been able to select a home that weekend. He was also very helpful with the contacts he had in the industry to make all inspection and funding options available to me. I recommend basil to anybody that comes to me about who are used.
