Rebecca has been my broker both for the purchase of my current apartment, as well as the rental of my previous apartment until we finally were able to sell it this year. Throughout the last few years of a very rocky and volatile real estate period, Rebecca has always been a straight shooter. I trust her advice implicitly and she is always actively looking to do the best for her clients. I have no idea how she keeps up with it all, but she has done it, whether it’s reminding me to make the decision to sublet or sell many months in advance, advising on the right time to sell, or backing up my offers with realistic comps. Just the absolute best in the business.

Where can I start? As a first-time home buyer, Ralitza Horler at DIGS covered every step, question, and hesitation I had. She did this with grace and comfortability. Agents in NYC definitely have stereotypes of quick, forcing natures but working with Ralitza stood apart from my pre-conceived thoughts. I had complete trust in Ralitza knowing she understood my objective, aesthetic, and timeline. My time with Ralitza lasted a couple of months with unexpected turns that were outside of our control, she kept me confident and steadfast on my path to homeownership. She fought for me and made communication with all parties involved a breeze. Rebecca was knowledgeable, patient, and understood what we were looking for. She is excellent at communication and got back to us promptly regarding any concerns. Rebecca is very detail oriented. She steered us away from properties that she knew we would not be happy with. Ultimately, we found a property that we were thrilled with and moved in last week. She was a wonderful advocate for us and I would highly recommend working with her.
