He moved quickly to schedule viewings, and one of the spaces turned out to be a perfect fit. He helped us navigate the deal terms and negotiated thoughtfully on our behalf. Even after signing, he stayed in touch to ensure everything was going smoothly with our new landlord. As a small business owner, securing your first space in Manhattan can feel daunting, but William made it easy. He was experienced, professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. I worked with William from Sido NYC Real Estate to find a good space for my salon business, and I’m happy with the support he provided. I have now used Sido reality for my past two stores, and I can’t recommend them enough. My broker who has become a friend was William and honestly, one of the best people I have worked a long side in my entire career. He is personable, reliable, and trustworthy; all things that I find to be lacking in most brokers. He’s is proactive and reachable at all times. I seriously can’t recommend him enough.
