Shannon Mora from The Bizzarro Agency went above and beyond at every turn to ensure we were informed, reassured, and excited about every step of the process. She was guide, advocate, and tutor! We felt we were in great hands, even when navigating unknown terrain as first time home owners. She is patient, understanding, enthusiastic, easy to talk to, efficient…the list goes on. She also has an incredible attention to detail, and the icing and cherry on top is that she is genuinely just a very kind and friendly person (BONUS: she’s also a born and raised New Yorker!). It’s abundantly clear she has a passion for what she does, and a passion for people. We feel lucky to have had her on our team throughout this experience. 20/10 can’t recommend her enough! I will also add, for all those LGBTQ couples out there who might be wondering, Shannon is an accepting, joyful, and hard working person who treats all people with dignity and respect. My wife and I loved working with her.
