Good group to work with if you’re looking to sign a lease in nyc. I had the pleasure of working with Monet Clay for about 2 weeks as we searched for a unit to rent. She’s very responsive, easy to reach, extremely proactive and communicates very well which makes a process like this much more streamlined for those looking to rent. She was fantastic. My sister and I had the best experience with Brian Valeria who helped us find the perfect apartment for us! A week after touring with him we are fully signed, moved in, and settled in our new home – goes to show how effective and quick the whole process was. I had the best experience working with Brian Valera. I’ve met many brokers but Brian was the best one I’ve ever worked with by far. I set up a showing for one apartment but Brian came fully prepared and asked if I had time to see some additional ones he prepared within the same price range in the same area. Cannot recommend him enough!
