Earlier this year (2025) I was involved in three consecutive escrows. I sold two homes and purchased another. Each home was located in totally different areas and necessitated three different realtors. The market was tight (sale & purchase), the climate for financing was challenging. There was a great concern related to stability of the market, our economy, our country and the world in general. It was clear from the beginning that Ivan Estrada and his team were different! Ivan has a very calculated approach to establishing an asking price for a home. His background in finance (CPA) gives him an edge with numbers and his view of the market, values and everything numbers is a huge plus however, the biggest win with Ivan is that he is an incredible listener. Ivan never speaks to hear himself speak yet when he does speak you can be sure it will be: intelligent, cohesive and coherent, applicable, kind and worth listening to! Ivan makes his clients feel as if they are his only client. He is quick to respond even if it is a simple “I’m with a client now, let me return your call” and you can be sure he will do just that. He provides an extremely professional game plan including suggestions, true comps and detailed analysis upon meeting him. Upon signing, Ivan provides an exact schedule of ‘events’ and is constantly providing updates on every aspect of the transaction. My other two realtors, although they looked good on paper came as referrals did not compare on any level (and I did my homework and researched all of them) Being in escrow can be a harrowing experience and being in three consecutive escrows was beyond challenging yet Ivan was clearly the winner on the most difficult of the three transactions. The home he listed and sold for me was mostly an emotional home if you will. It was clearly for the special buyer. The lot was very large, home quite old yet restored and oozed charm, character and soul and Ivan got that! Ivan set up a marketing plan that illustrated all of these positive features and the home sold quite quickly. In one of the most difficult real estate markets I have personally experienced since the 2008 financial crisis, Ivan pulled it all together kept it positive and made it happen! Ivan finds solutions, he is extremely intelligent and shines bright. Ivan is a most uncommon man and realtor in an all-too-common world.
