Tanya has been an absolute joy to work with. We’ve never worked with a realtor that has worked so hard to find what we wanted and then work even harder to make the deal for us all the way to closing and beyond. Her knowledge and professionalism is only surpassed by her genuine personality that has built our trust in her to truly represent us and our best interests. Tanya Stawski is very diligent, very collaborative and very communicative… all in a very great way! I was referred to her from a very good friend (also a real estate agent) who was unable to handle my recent sale as it was part of a divorce and my ex did not trust him. Tanya stepped in and within a very short period of time, gained my trust. She was on top of everything, negotiated lower prices for things like staging and kept me informed of everything going on – which at times was tricky as my ex had his own real estate agent, forcing Tanya to work in tandem! She kept my best interests front and center, advised me how to respond to certain situations, but at the same time, listened to my thoughts and ideas and explained why they might or might now work (after all, I’m NOT the real estate professional… she IS!). I would refer Tanya to anyone who wants a patient, diligent, and thorough Agent to represent their best interests!

I first met Tanya in 2019 when I was relocating to Los Angeles. As someone new to town, Tanya’s vast experience and knowledge helped me to understand which neighborhoods would best fir my needs. She had the inside information on which condominiums had problems, which ones had great management and was key helping me negotiate a favorable deal. When I decided to relocate, there was no question in my mind that I would work with Tanya. I quickly found that she was equally adept at helping to sell homes. The listing pictures were absolutely amazing and her marketing plan ended up having my home featured in the LA Times, New York and Sotheby’s International. Tanya gave wonderful suggestions on how to stage my home and was simply superb in helping me negotiate with a difficult buyer. Whether you are thinking about buying or selling a home, you will not find a better real estate professional than Tanya. Her ethics, professionalism and commitment are amazing. She is a joy to work with and I I wholeheartedly recommend her without any reservations.
