Casey Gargiulo of Keller Williams Intown represented the buyer on a condo I listed in Castleberry Hill, Atlanta, Georgia, and I highly recommend him for his professionalism and expertise. He helped me shepherd the deal to the closing table, and from contract to closing day he was always helpful and solutions-driven, while his excellent team stayed on top of the paperwork and the lender. Even my Seller client was impressed with Casey and his team. Better yet: He knows a lot about contracting, construction and has deep connections to the Atlanta investment community, of which I am also a member, so I expect to run into Casey quite a bit more over the years!
