Casey Dellinger is an incredible realtor who helped out this first time home buyer. She’s well versed, up to date with market conditions, and communicates in a way that’s easy to understand some of the more complex processes which take place during the purchase of a home. Her availability is immaculate, accommodating someone like myself who works a rigid 8 to 6 schedule and is often out of town a lot for work travel. She was often able to schedule viewings the same week I brought up a property of interest and all those viewings (6+) went as planned. The list goes on and on, but if you’re looking for a great realtor, contact Casey Dellinger!

As a young family relocating to the Decatur area under tight deadlines, we were overwhelmed by the process of buying our first home. Paige Johnson was an absolute godsend. Roy has been absolutely amazing from start to present! I had been looking for a good realtor for weeks before I found Roy and of everyone I met with, Roy was by far the best. We started this journey late September of 2024. I am a picky person, and for my first property I was extremely cautious with making that choice, because I wanted something nice that would generate me income, appreciate, and not break the bank. We saw numerous properties across Atlanta for months and for the most part I didn’t like any. I almost had even given up. But then Roy found my perfect home given all the criteria I gave him. The process was made incredibly smooth for me because Roy and his firm the Justin Landis Group were literally a one stop shop. I didn’t have to do much searching for anything. They really took care of me by making the process very easy for me and were extremely fair. It concluded with me buying a lovely newer property in south Atlanta in an up and coming area right under downtown. What I can say about Roy is that he is a genuinely good person who wants you to find the perfect home. Throughout the process he never rushed me or pressured me into buying something simply so that he could get a check. He was patient, a great listener, proactive, not overbearing, kind, extremely knowledgeable, wise, responsive, extremely resourceful, professional, and much more. I cannot thank Roy enough and he is someone I now consider a friend. If you are looking for a GREAT realtor who has your back and will make sure you have a great experience, then look no further, Roy Pankey is your guy. I promise you won’t be disappointed with your experience, and I am definitely looking forward to working with him again soon!
