Brandon is the BEST. Purchasing a house can be extremely stressful, however with Brandon’s expertise he made it enjoyable and stress free. He brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to home buying. He listened to everyone’s needs and guided the process with ease. In addition to helping my family purchase our very first home, he also helped my parents find their retirement home. Our entire family is grateful for his hard work and dedication to us and to his community!

My wife and I moved to Atlanta at the beginning of 2022 and rented a unit in the Decatur Townhomes for three years. Decatur Community Realty provided Property Management services for the owner of our unit. Brandon and Alma were wonderful to work with – very kind, responsive, and dependable. They stood in stark contrast to the horror stories our friends would share of their Property Managers in the ATL area. Decatur Community Realty made it very easy to interface with the owner of our unit and also kindly helped us get acquainted with the neighborhood and community. After experiencing several home buying transactions, this is the first time we felt completely comfortable and greatly satisfied by the result. As senior citizens this was especially comforting for us in navigating all of the various contemporary nuances of home buying.
